How to make Mushroom Gratin:


To prepare this simple recipe with mushrooms, the first thing you should do is wash the mushrooms well, remove the stem, and cut them into thin slices. Then, take an oven-safe container and spread a little oil or margarine.


Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely, reserve it for a moment. Arrange the mushroom slices evenly in the bowl, distribute the minced garlic over them and sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
