Bone marrow tacos recipe ingredients
- 1 kilogram of beef marrow bone in a canoe
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of dried parsley
- 1 piece of dried oregano
- 1 pinch of grain salt
- Corn tortillas
- Refried beans
- Chopped cilantro
- Sauce to taste
How to make marrow tacos:
To prepare the marrow tacos, choose the cooking method you want to use. We will show you the charcoal method. If you choose to cook them in the oven, preheat your oven to 180 ° C. If you choose to cook them in the pan, prepare your pan over very low heat so that it warms up.
In a bowl, mix the minced garlic cloves, olive oil, a pinch of dried parsley, a pinch of oregano and grain salt. You can substitute the olive oil for melted butter.
